KRINGS and E+S: Two strong brands - one shared foundation

With the acquisition of KRINGS’ rental and sales business in 2004, E+S took an important step in the direction of the future. Today, both brands are united under the terra infrastructure umbrella - combining decades of experience and technical expertise in shoring.

Our edge - supported shoring systems from KRINGS stand out for their versatility - whether in inner - city construction projects or in civil engineering where space is limited.

Thanks to their compact design, they require very little space for mounting and transport. On the site, the components can be assembled quickly and easily - ensuring rapid construction progress without unnecessary delays.

Unique Expertise - for Over 70 Years

With our shoring systems from E+S and KRINGS, we have been providing economical and technically sound solutions for numerous civil engineering projects both domestically and internationally, taking all safety-related aspects into account - and have been doing so for over 70 years.

Because every site presents specific challenges, our project-specific consultation services are of particular importance.

KRINGS KVL: The lightweight installation box for small- to medium-scale sewer construction

Thanks to its light weight, the KRINGS KVL is ideal for use with smaller wheeled excavators. It is perfect for laying and performing remedial works on gas, water, telephone, and electrical lines, as well as for installing service connections.

KRINGS lightweight shoring struts

The continuously adjustable KRINGS KVL struts allow for flexible adaptation to different trench widths and ensure a precise execution of the shoring system.

Top boxes

Need more depth? No problem! The top boxes allow you to increase the overall height of the formwork box. To do this, place the top box on top of the base box and connect it with bolts and spring plugs.

Lifting eye for the shoring grapple

The additional lifting eye in the middle of the panel body allows the shoring box to be moved and positioned using the shoring grapple. This largely eliminates the need to manually attach and detach Chains.

For use in small- to medium-scale sewer construction

The KRINGS KVL lightweight shoring box is particularly well-suited for use in small - to medium-scale sewer construction. Thanks to its low weight, it can be easily handled with smaller wheeled excavators, making it ideal for laying and performing remedial works on gas, water, telephone, and power lines, as well as for installing service connections.

Lightweight struts, secured with bolts and spring plugs, enable quick assembly and installation using the adjustment method. As required, the shoring system can be extended with top boxes for greater trench depths.

Advantages

  • Lightweight
  • For small to medium-sized building projects
  • Ideal for handling with small wheel excavators
  • For inner-city use
  • Installation using the adjustment method at stable grounds

Piling frame element
Piling frame element

Low-Settlement Shoring in Urban Areas

Piling frame elements are particularly well-suited for use with crossing utility lines. They serve as guide frames for the sheet piles and simultaneously form the top stringer layer. The KRINGS DKU piling frame element is frequently used in combination with shoring boxes and is employed whenever a utility crossing prevents the use of shoring boxes. KD VI/8 trench sheets are guided through the guide frame. By attaching adaptors to the sides, the DKU piling frame elements can also be used in the E+S linear shoring system.

Advantages

  • Ideal for construction projects with intersecting utility lines
  • Low - settlement shoring in urban areas
  • Spindles identical to those used in KRINGS boxes
  • Suitable for corner shoring and in the E+S linear shoring system

KRINGS Flex shoring
KRINGS Flex shoring

The KRINGS Flex shoring system is the environmentally advantageous alternative to lightweight shoring. It is ideal for laying gas and water lines as well as other utility connections to depths of approximately 2.00 m and pipe culvert lengths of up to 0.60 m.

The lightweight shoring struts from the KRINGS KVL-Box are used as the spindle system. These are attached to the cross bar or coupling with 125xØ20 mm bolts and then secured with spring plugs.
