VibroDrill

VibroDrill
The Modern All-Rounders of Drilling Technique
VibroDrills combine the best of drilling and vibration technology. By combining rotational motion with vibration, these vibrodrilling units enable rapid drilling progress in a variety of geologies.

The VibroDrill portfolio includes the VD 50, VD 100, and VD 150 models, offering solutions for a wide range of drilling technique requirements.

Vibratory Drilling—Rotating and Vibrating
With the VibroDrill, the drilling tool turns and vibrates simultaneously. Depending on the application, operations can be performed using single casing or the overlay drilling method. The method is suitable for rock and mixed soils as well as for aquifers and soft, unstable soils.

A special percussion damping mechanism prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the drilling mast. Through adaptation of the eccentric moment, drilling performance can be optimized for different ground types.
Multiple applications
Multiple applications
VibroDrills are suitable for numerous applications in special civil engineering and drilling technique:

  • Micropile and anchor drilling
  • Slope stabilisation and embankment stabilization
  • Tie-back anchoring
  • Foundations and deepening
  • Buoyancy control
  • Geothermal drilling
  • Geotechnical drilling and core drilling
  • Rock drilling

The range of applications extends from soft and unstable soils through mixed soils and aquifers to rock.
